We had a perfect stay. The pool, backyard, and outdoor furniture were even nicer than we expected and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole home was spotless and welcoming. We had a great time and will definitely book again.

Due to a plumbing issue we had to be out of our home for an extended period of time. I wanted a space for my family that just felt like home-and this was it! The house was family friendly and had everything we could possible need to live life as usual, which was really important to me for my kids. The house was clean and all appliances worked great. The backyard is huge and can be used for lots of outside play time. I didn’t have any issues with our stay, but if I had a small question Karen was always quick to respond. Side note-the property backs up to a green belt and the highlight of my stay was hearing two Great Horned Owls going back and forth. So if you’re into birds…🤓

Excellent stay in a beautiful gated community home We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean, and well appointed 4 bedroom home from April 24–29. The house had everything we needed, the gated community was peaceful and convenient, and Karen was a responsive and helpful host throughout. The only downside was that we unfortunately lost two rings during our stay (last seen on the kitchen island on April 28 before 3pm). Despite prompt follow-up with Karen and the cleaning crew, they weren’t located. We appreciate everyone’s efforts to search. Overall, a fantastic property we’d happily book again. Highly recommend!

Karen was immediately responsive to our group’s questions and needs on our trip to Tomball. The place was FANTASTIC. Much larger and open than you can grasp through photos - truly a beautiful home. Plenty of beds accommodated our group perfectly and the house was amazing with upgraded bathrooms, kitchen, and large TVs throughout. Would definitely recommend this area and this home!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Karen was an amazing host and answered all our questions. It was really helpful having access to the garage to park our car to avoid the Texas heat. Also was amazing to see how clean the whole place was. Even the side of the couches had vacuum lines lol! Hoping to come back to Texas to stay here

The home was super clean, exactly as pictured. There were even extra amenities available, like bicycles for everyone to enjoy. Karen was amazing with the response times and anything we needed was handled promptly. (although there wasn’t much we needed as everything was provided) The neighborhood is full of friendly residents, there is a basketball court and gazebo area in the park up the street . Plenty of walking paths surrounding the area and the entire town is just beautiful. I definitely recommend this home.

We had a great weekend at Karen’s place. The cul‑de‑sac location made it quiet and private, the house felt bigger than expected, and everything was very clean. Karen is a fantastic host. Thank you!

When our original reservation canceled on us the day we were to arrive, we were a little panicked. Karen was extremely responsive, flexible and helpful. The house was perfect and we had a great stay. Neighborhood was very nice with so many sidewalk trails to run/walk - perfect place to stay before Ironman TX - and the drive to the venue was 15-20 min and easy.

Karen's house is great; it was perfect for what we needed (family group of 7, including 2 toddlers). The house is comfortable, spacious, well equipped, easy access. No complaints at all. Peaceful neighborhood. Close to lots of commerce within a 2 min. drive (12 minute walk) and beautiful parks a short car ride away. Karen is quick to respond, kind and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again; highly recommended.
