Karen was a great host! We loved the location of this house because it was a 10 minute walk to my sister’s house. The house was bigger than the pictures looked, and it was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We had an issue checking in and the host immediately responded to our needs. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a great four week stay at Karen’s place. Here are the highlights: - The home was clean - It was well equipped for our extended stay - Karen is very communicative…sends reminders about trash pick up, etc - The coded door lock was easy to use - The home is at the back of a large neighborhood so it backs up to a sort of nature preserve. It was so peaceful to sit on the deck in the morning with coffee and listen to the birds. - HEB grocery store is within the neighborhood - Costco is a 3 minute drive - The king size master bed was very comfortable - The workout room was a nice bonus…very nice equipment - There are no running trails nearby but the sidewalks are nice for running - We used the dominos every day! Overall, we had an enjoyable time and would stay here again. Things to note: the fragrance is strong upon entering but I’m sensitive to that. The WiFi for tv viewing is slow. However, we had no trouble with video calls from our computer.

I extremely live the house so spacious , very nice super clean . Also In a life neighborhood very quiet and lovely 😊 . Karen responded back immediately after I texted her. Most definitely a 10/10 definitely recommend. Love this house will be back, my & my friends enjoyed the stay for spring back!

My stay was amazing! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made the whole process easy. The neighborhood was quiet and the home had everything we needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We loved staying here! Everything was exactly as listed and was very clean and updated! Hosts were great at communicating and updating us on things, we will definitely be staying here next time we are in town. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

Karen was quick to respond. The hot tub went out but she heated the pool without charge which we were thankful for and really enjoyed. The home is clean, fun & decorated so cute!

Had a great stay here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient location. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. The space had everything we needed and felt very welcoming. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book again next time I’m in the area. Thanks for the great experience!

This place was great. Very beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s Houston area so it is a hike to get anywhere but there are several nearby stores like HEB and Walmart, etc. something we just didn’t pay attention to in photos is that there are no curtains in any rooms so the sun comes through easily. It made it difficult for our 2-year old to nap so something to keep in mind. Also the room with double beds and the two beds head-to-head do not have ceiling fans. Overall though the home was extremely comfortable and I really felt at home and at ease staying here!

This place was a home away from home for my family who were in town to celebrate my wedding. The location was central to lots of parks and great food. The backyard was a huge hit with the kids and we spent lots of time hanging out in the awesome kitchen. Thanks Karen for your flexibility with check in and check out times!
